Eligibility and Application Review
All applicants must meet the clearly defined eligibility criteria as outlined in the scholarship guidelines. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any application that does not fulfill these requirements. Submission of incomplete, inaccurate, or false information may result in disqualification. To ensure fair evaluation, all required documents must be submitted by the stated deadlines. Applications lacking the necessary documentation will not be considered for further review.

Scholarship Award and Conditions
The scholarship is conditional and will be awarded only upon the student’s successful admission and enrollment into the designated university or institution. The applicant must provide official proof of enrollment, such as a confirmation letter or student ID issued by the university, as part of the verification process. Failure to enroll or to submit sufficient proof of enrollment will result in forfeiture of the scholarship.

Verification and Disbursement of Funds
Scholarship disbursement is strictly subject to confirmation of enrollment by the admitting institution. Upon receiving official verification directly from the university, the scholarship amount will be processed and released according to the specified terms. Delays or failure in obtaining such verification may lead to postponement or cancellation of the scholarship disbursal.

Revocation and Withdrawal of Scholarship
We reserve the absolute right to revoke, suspend, or withdraw the scholarship at any stage in the following circumstances:

→ If the applicant is found to have misrepresented any facts or submitted false documents;
→ If there is a breach of the scholarship terms and conditions;
→ If the student fails to maintain academic or enrollment status;
→ If any unethical behavior or misconduct is reported.

Such decisions are final and binding, and may also include legal recourse if deemed necessary.
