How to Apply (Step by Step):

The Fine Print You Need to Read:

Getting the scholarship is the easy part, relatively speaking. Keeping it comes with real obligations:

1. Show up, and keep showing up. You're expected to attend classes, sit every exam, and follow your institution's rules.
2. Stay in your lane. The Ministry can cut off payments if you engage in activities inconsistent with the program's objectives.
3. Paperwork, twice a year. You'll need to submit an enrollment certificate at the start, proof of health insurance enrollment, and academic progress updates twice yearly.
